What is NLP?

Neuro Linguistic programming is used in many areas of personal development, therapy, business and education. In summary, it is a study of how successful people do what they do, and how others can adopt the same approach to their life and goals. It offers a powerful insight into how you and others operate and communicate and you can then use this learning and understanding to become more effective in achieving your goals. NLP enables you to achieve personal goals quickly and effectively. In other words, you can do more of what you want, get what you want and be who you want to be. It can be used to:

  • Take control of your feelings
  • Increase confidence and self-esteem
  • Overcome the effects of past negative experiences
  • Set compelling goals

What does NLP stand for?
'Neuro' refers to the neural network that feeds information to the brain, or the mental pathways of our five senses by which we see, hear, feel, taste, and smell.

Linguistic refers to our ability to use language and other non verbal communication and how specific words and phrases reflect our own personal view of the world.

Programming describes the process through which we “code”, organize and store information in our minds. These internal programmes govern our thinking, emotions and behaviour; and just like computer software, we can choose to re-progamme these if they are not working in the way we want.

What is Time Line Therapy™?

Time Line Therapy™ is a collection of powerful techniques, which allow you to gain emotional balance.

Your timeline is how you unconsciously store your memories and your projections for the future. Time Line Therapy™ enables you to release the negative emotions that have built up throughout your life and been stored away, such as fear, anger, guilt, anxiety and sadness. Time Line Therapy™ also enables you to remove limiting beliefs, such as “I am not clever enough” or “I don’t deserve happiness” through communicating directly with your unconscious mind. Holding on to negative beliefs and emotions from the past are often the biggest obstacle to achieving what we want in our lives, now. This often result in unwarranted emotional reactions such as inappropriate anger, sadness or guilt being triggered by events in the present as our unconscious mind connects these to past events and makes us less able to deal with them rationally.
